Funeral Ministry
The next training session for those engaged in Funeral Ministry will take place on Wednesday 2nd April at 7.45-9.45p.m. in Clonliffe College.
This evening will explore the role of Lay People in leading prayer in the home, hospital, funeral home or cemetery in addition to looking at draft services for the celebration of a funeral without the Eucharist.
Additional Note: At the recent gathering of Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion on the topic of bringing communion to those who are sick and housebound there were requests for a formula for the sending out of ministers from a celebration of the Eucharist.
